KidZza It’s not easy to get kids to eat healthy, well-rounded meals. One way to get them interested in good food is to teach them how to make it themselves. Kids will not only learn skills to get around the kitchen, but the importance of eating seasonal fruits and vegetables. Kids may try foods they avoided in the past if they help make them. The students will eat what they prepare and will make the meal based on their age and skill level.
