Dade Christian School was founded to provide a Christian education for all interested students and families. Our admissions policies are adapted to conform to that purpose.

Registration for First-Time Students
A student is admitted to Dade Christian School on the basis of former record, interview, and entrance exam. At the time of testing, parents will complete an application. A staff member in administration will interview families with students entering grades 7th-12th.
The following is a checklist of steps to be taken and documents to be submitted for the application process:
Appointments for testing of students applying for 7th-12th grades:
Students applying for grades 1st-6th:
- 6th Grade Student - Reference letter (Form provided by DCS)
- Teacher Reference Form (PDF)
- Current Report Card
- Annual Assessment Test Scores (e.g. SAT, FCAT)
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security
Students applying for grades 3K-5K:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security
Immunization Certificate (form 680) and a recent physical (form 3040) are required for all students and are due upon acceptance.
Registration for the following year will begin on March 1. Registration may occur at any time during the first semester provided space is available.
Reenrollment
A student's status will be reviewed yearly and invitations to reenroll will be based on the student's academic progress, attendance, and disciplinary records.
Reenrollment for current students will begin in February. We encourage families to reenroll as soon as possible.
