Dr. Virtue has served in the ministries of New Testament Baptist Church since 1970. He began at Dade Christian as a math and Bible teacher, served as Dean of Students, and was Headmaster of the school for 13 years. He moved to full-time on the church staff in 1992, serving as Director of Christian Education and Administrative Pastor. In 1998, he assumed the role of Principal at The Master's Academy. He currently serves as the Principal of The Master's Academy, Superintendent of Schools of both TMA and Dade Christian, and Assistant Pastor for the Dade Location of NTBC.
