Dr. Virtue has served in the ministries of New Testament Baptist Church since 1970. He began at Dade Christian as a math and Bible teacher, served as Dean of Students, and was Headmaster of the school from 1979 - 1992. He moved to serve full-time on the church staff in 1992, serving as Director of Christian Education and Administrative Pastor. In 1998, he assumed the role of Principal at The Master's Academy in Ft Lauderdale. In 2008 he returned to Dade Christian to once again serve full-time as the Headmaster. He also serves as the Superintendent of Schools of both TMA and Dade Christian, and Assistant Pastor for the Dade Location of NTBC in addition to his role as Headmaster for Dade Christian.
